“L’hotel era chiuso e non ha nemmeno avvisato o cancellato la prenotazione. È stato trasformato in Covid hotel. Il problema è che poteva avvisare i cancellare la prenotazione invece mi sono trovato davanti a hotel e non mi hanno fatto entrare rimanendo in mezzo alla strada con i bagagli. Inoltre i prezzi degli altri alloggi erano il quadruplo e nemmeno Expedia ha saputo aiutarmi dicendo in sostanza di arrangiarmi ”

“Not as advertised, no A/C, and poor cleanliness/response The listing photos/room shown online did not match the unit we were actually given. The unit we received was materially different from what was advertised. The biggest issue: no working air conditioning. Instead of a functioning A/C system, we were given a portable unit that was extremely loud and produced a strong, unpleasant odor (like fish / burning plastic), making it hard to breathe or sleep. “The staff were friendly, close to the metrorail, mall and food.”

“The directions to check in were confusing. Upon entering the room, there was a dead lizard in the middle of the living room. It is listed as a sleeps 4, with a pull out couch. When trying to use the pull-out couch, there was debris, garbage under the bed and it was not clean at all. There were a few open parking spots, so we took what was available. The next morning we found out we parked in a residents spot. We stayed here to walk to loanDepot Park, but would rather pay more to stay somewhere...

“La habitación estaba muy sucia tenía cucarachas el seguro de la puerta estaba roto mucho ruido en el estacionamiento personas tomando asta tarde en las afueras de la habitación el personal no me ayudó a cambiar mi habitación y viaje con niños pequeños que malo no pienso regresar a ese lugar ”

“The room was in terrible condition. The wooden floor was broken and damaged, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to walk on. The bed sheets had holes, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. They changed the stay location which was not listed on the Expedia at the last minute. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. Definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again or recommend this house.”

“Rooms are very outdated. They where taking too long to bring our luggage to our room (over an hour) we had to go down get it ourselves. I have stayed in better Marriotts this one needs a lot of imorovements.”
