“I was pleasantly surprised. For the price the hotel and amenities were good. The hot breakfast was good. The landscaping could use some attention. What stood out the most was the staff. Almost every one of them that I encountered were wonderful. They all acted like they enjoyed working there. The housekeeping staff and daytime front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was exceptional. She offered to heat up more gravy for us just minutes before breakfast service was done....

“I was thoroughly impressed with the facility until I slipped and fell on my elbow and knee while walking back to my room. I promptly alerted the front desk about the water on the floor, but they explained that the floor cleaner occasionally misses some water. Surprisingly, there were no wet floor signs, and they only offered to waive the resort fee. Fortunately, I’m not an elderly person, so I didn’t break a hip or something worse.”

“We had a very nice three day stay. We received a complimentary upgrade on our room on our arrival. The room overall was very clean and comfortable. The mattress was firm which I like. The pillows were a bit too soft. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. We will stay here again.”

“Overall great place to rest your head. All-inclusive breakfast was “ok”, Hannah was very efficient in the mornings helping us get what we needed to start our day. We stayed in the family suite for 4 nights, it was clean and comfortable. Pillows were a bit small. Hotel was nice and clean, busy on the weekend however it was memorial weekend. Location was convenient and we loved having the Starbucks across the street.”
