“Love that you can fully check in online, and not have to mess with keys, remembering keys when you leave, etc. Booked the dog friendly room, and my dog was fully comfortable and happy. Was a little weird that there's no closet or rack to hang up any clothes though. Great location on Canmore's main street, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our one negative is that the hot tub was not open, as that is a big part of why we booked this hotel. It would have been nice to...

“Beautiful, clean, spacious suite. Comes with two parking stalls which was very convenient for my mother in law to park when she visited. Kitchen had everything you can think of for any kind of cooking. Even a BBQ on the patio was a nice have. Lodge was even close to stores and restaurants. Best location. Very impressed with my stay. Will book again!”

“Waited in the car for an hour after checking inn online. They want you to check inn online even if you are physically present in front of them !!! Rude & arrogant staff specially towards brown people. Will definitely never book them again in my life. They don’t even know the C of customer service.”
