“The room is clean, and the property is well-maintained. The room pictures matched the actual room. The check-in & check-out process was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions. “We were given a room with a balcony and view of the harbour, which was a very nice surprise. One morning, the staff called a taxi for us, which was also very helpful. We were not able to use the $35 Expedia voucher for the restaurant, because we did not stay in Vancouver long enough, and we were not able to pass on the voucher to anyone else to use, so that was a little disappointing.”

“The room was warm for the overnight, but we were able to ask for a fan. The location was great! If you are looking for just location, this is a great place. We were there just for the night, so it served it's purpose. Showers and bathrooms are shared and down a hall, but this was stated when you reserved.”
