“The whole structure is arranged around the scuba divers. It has been one of the most comfortable "scuba holidays" I've ever had. The position is just perfect, the staff is so friendly that is like to be in a big family, the restaurant can serve tasty food (both international and Filipino). If it lacks of something, it's a good beach (there one, but I do not recommend to swim in that area due to the many boats), however that's true for every other resort in Sabang. “It’s a great family atmosphere here. The staff are amazing. We ate here a few times too and was very happy with the food, especially the fresh fish. We found it a bit noisy at times. This is the only hotel with back up generators if the power goes down. Loved the staff here. Very helpful.”

“Worst place ever. Stay away, Dirty , no spa, not on beach. Elevator dont work , no hot water, AC dont work. You go to be a mountain goat to get to your room.”

“Ocean was not visible from room. Only window had bars over it and was one foot away from a wall. No TV. No amenities at all. Bed was rock solid. Pillows were rock solid. Room was tiny. No bidet in the bathroom. The room was very, very basic. Prison cell like. Pretty bad value compared to a number of other hotels in Sabang that are in the same price range. ”

“The house is very isolated. Not feasible to walk back and forth to Sabang, where the closet market is located. The house had not been cleaned in weeks, which meant the beds were very dusty. Recommend bringing your own linens. There was no drinking water or wifi, and breakfast was not included as advertised. Power goes out often (not Bahay Isla's fault), so good luck sleeping when the weather is hot. ”
