“We loved the location, the layout of the loft, the kitchen and for the most part the bathrooms. At this price point, you expect perfection. The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was. “If you book through expedia or other sites, make sure you provide your HHonors number at check in or they will refuse to print a receipt for you. I had to complain with the customer service twice before the hotel emailed the stay receipt via email. Something they refused to do at check out, because I did not book on their website. The hotel is a bit outdated, but staff is friendly and professional. The wifi is fast, if compared with other hampton inn, the gym is very good, rooms are spacious....
