“Not what we were expecting. One room was listed as having two twin beds, but it was the smallest bedroom and one of the beds was a fold down cot. Both beds were touching one another when they were down and there was no room to walk to the bathroom. The main bedroom at the top of the stairs only had one working outlet. The tv and lamp were unplugged and had zero way of being plugged in because the extension cord ran underneath the bed to the AC. So you could be cool with the AC, or swelter while...

“Listing states 10 can stay. That would be very tight. The kitchen is very small and only 4 could really fit in it. The apartment had a foul smell throughout the stay. The upstairs tenants were extremely loud. We were woken up at 7:00 AM by someone running throughout the upstairs apt. for 3 hours!! The positive-it seemed clean, it was fairly close to the beach.”

“The only issue was I never received a response from the property owner when I sent an email. Then I never received the key code to get in the unit. I tried calling the number and no one was an available to take my call. I left a message and then they called back later after I received a text from VRBO. Frustrating!”

“Excellent location, as close as you can get to the pier. Large, clean and spacious unit. May cost a little more than a hotel room but you get what you pay for which in this case is more than worth the price. Great stay, excellent communication with owner. By far the nicest accommodations in Old Orchard Beach.”
