OOB 4BR/2Bath, Sleeps 13 in beds

Large newly renovated 4-bedroom house in Old Orchard Beach is perfect for two families!   Amenities include 2 full baths, air conditioning in living room and all 4 bedrooms, back deck with private yard, gas BBQ grille, gas fire pit, new stove, new washer, dryer, cable T.V. & WI-FI. 

The first floor has a full bath (shower only) and two bedrooms.  First floor bedroom 1 has a queen bed and trundle.  First floor bedroom 2 has two twin beds with trundles. The upstairs has a full bath with a tub/shower combo and two more bedrooms.  Upstairs bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and upstairs bedroom 4 has two pyramid bunks with queens on the bottom and twins on the top as well as an extra twin.

House is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to Old Orchard Pier and amusements.  House is great for families with teenage kids due to the proximity of the pier and amusements!

Belle maison, parfaite pour des familles qui veulent demeurer ensemble durant leurs vacances. Située sur une rue cul-de-sac donc très peu de circulation. Airs climatisés et ventilateurs au plafond au salon et dans toutes les chambres donc température confortable jour et nuit. Cuisine comportant tout le nécessaire pour préparer des repas. L'épicerie et l'arrêt de trolley sont au bout de la rue, à distance à pied d'une pharmacie, de la plage, boutiques et manèges. Instructions d'arrivée et de départ claires et précises. Communication avec la responsable de la location très efficace par texto ou courriel.

cleaning

we got there at 3:09 and she was still cleaning, a few more people came about 15 minutes later and helped her. we got to go in at 3:45. The guys did apologize twice for taking too long, said the house was dusty! WE had two kids with us so we stay in the car and waited because it was hot outside.

Family time

The house was in a nice neighborhood. Wish it was closer to the beach or least an ocean view. The down side was the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable they had no box springs so it was like laying on wood. The bathroom shower liner had mold and mildew on it. The back yard had a nice deck and a fire pit to make smores. The lights in the basement didn’t work so the kids couldn't hang out and use the fooz ball table. Overall we had a nice vacation.
