The Eagle's Nest ♦ Rooftop Deck ♦ Close to Beach

Over 3,600 square feet of rejuvenated farmhouse in 2021 to make it your own. 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms along with 2 living rooms, one with its own wet bar. A full kitchen on the first floor. Plenty of space for the kids to enjoy their own game room upstairs. Cook and relax on the rooftop deck. Every room has a heat pump to cool yourself off in the air conditioning, with large windows to let in the beautiful sunlight. Only a 7 minute walk to the water. Welcome, your adventure awaits!

Few things lacking such as dish towels, scissors, coffee mugs/cups.Area rugs need some cleaning, as does the showers in bathroom…some mold issues.We did like the amount of space available, and there was amble parking. Easy access, comfortable beds.

Stayed here for a Wednesday through Saturday during the "shoulder season." The house was clean - and obviously had been completely remodeled. Lighting was excellent. Beds were all very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Ductless heat/cool throughout.Just a very few "quirks" - like there were very few glasses and just one coffee mug. Also, it took a LONG time to figure out how to turn on the TV. The remote was fine for changing channels but on/off or volume wasn't one of it's skills.We finally found a small button on the back that turned it on and off. A day later we found a small knob the size of a pencil eraser that controlled the sound.There was mildew in the washing machines gaskets and in a 2nd floor shower. BUT, these are relatively small things that probably develop over the course of the season. Finally, I found the host, Jason, amazingly easy to contact and he always quickly replied.This place is a 7 minute walk from the beach. Stay here. You won't regret it.

Great location, nice sized house and very responsive host. We had a few cooking-related glitches, including the fact that the grill pictured in the listing did not work and the other one was difficult to use in part because it was very grimy. Host told us he planned to replace them.

Overall

Pictures showed bar stools and end chairs at table. They did not exist and unable to accommodate 11 people for eating meals. Only 3 coffee mugs. Also said two dryers and only one worked.Sofa was disgusting with sand and food under cushions looking like it had never been cleaned.Couldn’t sit on outdoor furniture as it was unsafe due to wear.All of this said, Host was very responsive.

Perfect place to gather!

This clean, comfortable, spacious home was the perfect place for our extended family to spend time together. The boys especially enjoyed the NBA arcade game! Although we did not venture out on the rooftop deck in the snow and rain, it looked like the perfect place to enjoy some ocean breezes on a summer evening.

Great house

This home was a great size and stocked with everything a family could need. Jason was responsive and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend this home for large groups- it has 3 separate floors and two family rooms. Multiple bathrooms and lots of comfy beds.

Nice Stay!

House layout is great, with an easy location in a residential neighborhood. If you are up for a short walk, a quick walk makes accessing the beach easy. Jason is friendly and easy to get in contact with. If any issues arise, he is available.

Great vacation house

We had 6 children and 9 adults on our trip and this house was a great fit! It was nice to have two living rooms and there was plenty of space for everyone. Jason was great to work with and very responsive.

EAGLES NEST - FTW (FOR THE WIN)

The Eagle's Nest provided us with a great weekend get away. Perfect location near the beach and a 25 minute ride to Portland. Ample parking, very clean property, split unit ac/heat in each room, bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious, owner of the property was easy to contact and quick to reply. Would highly recommend!
