Hotel vicino a Old Orchard Beach - Old Orchard Beach

“La stanza era distante dalla reception, piccola, non pulitissima e poco funzionale. No acqua in camera no colazione, troppo costosa soprattutto per quello che offriva”

“Property was clean”

“La struttura è molto bella, il primo Inn dello stato del Maine, una antica casa vittoriana restaurata, purtroppo il servizio è stato scadente, eravamo gli unici ospiti e abbiamo avuto una colazione insufficiente, personale assente, c'era un numero da chiamare in caso di necessità, numero chiamato senza ricevere nessuna risposta.”

“my room was very clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and offered info on events and things that were happening in the area. They also allowed me to check in early.”

“This property is absolute garbage. The staff at the front desk were 0 help in any way. I called 7 times the night of our reservation to complain about the issues we found upon check in. Which had including bodily fluids, left around the room, holes in walls, water damage and mold. And that was just in one room. The staff at the front made sure to repeat over and over in old orchard You don't come for the room , you come for the location. To which we replied, ma'am , it's off season and the bare...

“This is an old house, and certain features could be deemed charming. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated some of the amenities. However, it seemed worn and bare-bones in some aspects. For example, the AC in one of the bedrooms was a stand-alone unit that was jerry-rigged to vent out the window, and the other bedroom had no AC. The screen door was broken. There were hardly any utensils and no bowls. The hairdryer “high” setting was broken and could only be used on “low”. For only a...

“Did the girls shopping trip arrived at cocktail hour solid selection of free beverages and snack snacks Chex mix goldfish cheese, crackers. Our room was clean. Premises was clean. There was a lot of people in the hotel barely heard anything. The breakfast is five stars great selection quick service to keeping space available.”

“Centrally located in the Old Port, with views of the harbor, this was a last minute — therefore pricey — excellent find for a fall weekend getaway. Stylish, elegant rehab of 19th century granite industrial building. Whimsical decor notes referring to 19th century owner Evalina Fox. Nicely appointed kitchenette — though if you came to Portland for the foodie scene, you might end up just using it for breakfast, as we did. Only sour note was the disco music (coming in via the ventilation...

“Not very much parking and you have to schedule it in advance. Expedia didn't warn. It could be a disaster if you don't plan for it and rent a car.”

“room was very modern, however some areas did not look well cleaned (edge if the bed had some dried white liquid). the surrounding area has nice shops but is very sketchy at night. did not feel comfortable with the parking situation. also at 6am sounded like maintenance or cleaning crew was constantly in and out of the elevator making tons of noise. was good for a night but wouldnt stay again.”

“Staff was very nice. Clean room with cool balcony.”
