“Be prepared for check-in to take awhile if you book through expedia. Front desk is not trained to handle that.
Our room was ready early, 1 of the few good things.
We went to the water park area only to discover that at least half the water areas were closed. We went to the small rooftop pool which was extremely crowded since almost everything else was closed.
Several slides were open but that was it. It is ridiculous to pay for a water park stay & they be inoperational.

Floor above us had a kid that ran hard above us for 2 hours so by 10p had to finally call the staff to ask them to deal with it. He took care of the problem immediately.”

“One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Walls had holes, and the holes that had been filled in were not painted.
Food from a previous guest was left in the refrigerator and I have no idea for how long. Opened the refrigerator door and it caused me to gag.
No coffee maker. Manager had to track one down for us.
No microwave. If you wanted to heat something up, you had to get dressed and go to the lobby.
Sheets seemed clean, but the blanket had make-up stains on it.
Requested maid...

“I especially liked how wild let the outside of the hotel was. It made us feel very safe. The hotel did have a strange smell inside our room. It was too cold to go swimming in the outdoor pool so I don’t know how the condition was. Breakfast was good, but I wish it would’ve had some sort of protein, other than yogurt and milk.
