Hotel vicino a Old Stone House - Salisbury

“My wife and i have stayed there many times since 2007 as my wife is from Salisbury. It is our favorite hotel to stay at. We will always book your property whenever we are in that vacinity.”

“The staff was very nice, very pleasant. The issue was our room. I took the couch. The blankets and pillowcases that were in the closet for couch use were dirty. It was obvious that the bedding had not been washed. I refused to sleep on the sheets. They could at least have a bar of soap and small lotion bottles in the bathroom. When we left our room on Friday and returned, no one had come in to clean our room. We had to call for towels and washcloths. I had to bag the garbage cans because they...

“I did not eat the breakfast as I think most hotel breakfasts are below average. Room was decent. Bed was clean. Bathroom was clean. Could use some deep cleaning and a good paint job. Coffee pot was located on the counter inside the bathroom. Not real sanitary. ”

“Very nice property. I only stayed long enough to sleep but the room and lobby were very clean and the front desk staff was nice and helpful. ”

“Not at all as pictured. These are clearly not of this property. They couldn’t give us extra pillows. The phone was inoperable. The faucet handle was broken. No privacy between bathroom and the rest of the room. When informed of issues the response was “okay” without even a note being taken. They charged $100 to my card without an explanation. The cops arrived to get a “tenant” out that wasn’t paying. Divided into two buildings completely separate from main entrance. We felt unsafe. ”

“Joseline was the only saving grace as she was able to proceed with my refund. Upon arrival there were several spectators outside. And the bed in the room had dirty sheets and bathroom light didn’t work. Changed rooms and walked into a dirtier room where the bed was unmade and tv was on. Seemed like it was someone else’s room. Sick. Asked for a refund but no manager was on site. Sad enough I will never come back to this location again. You get what you pay for. ”

“Rooms are disgusting, dirty bedding in 2 rooms, mold on shower curtains, both nonsmoking rooms smelled like smoke.”
