It would be nicer if the breakfast lasted until 11:00am instead of 10:00am. The pool was cold and the jacuzzi was not working. However, the service provided by Chrystal in the front desk and the night desk clerk was greatly appreciated they were wngaging and helpful. “no real need to park in basement. Just a security issue for you. Long way from elevator. Get a higher room number to be close. Denney's and a mexican restaurant are only close ones.”

“I checked in I was in the room 25-30 minutes used that time to look for other places. The room smelled funny the fridge didn’t work the toilet had horrible water pressure. The place looked sketchy. I was embarrassed to complain I told the clerk who was very nice we had an emergency and had to leave. He said manager would reach out to me. I messaged them never heard back. This is a motel. I thought it was going to be a normal best western even with the INN word in it.”
