“For $250 per night, it was very poor. Pictures make it look new and it’s not. Felt ripped off and other guests were loud in the hallway at 2:30am. Couldn’t leave fast enough. Disappointing!!! ”

“The room was clean, we even checked the mattress, and all linen, including towels. The toilet seat was wobbly but we forgot to report it. The hotel is quaint and staff is kind but did not give us a printout when we requested it at checkout, perhaps the older woman could not handle the request... AC cooled down the room and was surprisingly on the quieter side. The fridge was really cold so that was great. The TV had a basic Satellite service. All the plugs we used worked. The bathroom had 2 full...

“The Inn at Europa is absolutely lovely. I had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed staying up on the hill, it was beautiful and peaceful and so close to everything. The location was fantastic and I would not have changed it. I appreciate the comfort of the room, the bed was so comfy and inviting, the fountain in the courtyard provided additional ambiance. The staff were all accommodating and friendly, wonderful service. I will absolutely stay here again. I loved being so close to the restaurants...

“Very clean and spacious room, and the property was well maintained. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were uniformly gracious, kind, and professional--a real highlight of the stay. It's maybe a 10-minute walk to Old Town Temecula, and given the traffic, you might want to choose that option.
Pets are permitted for a $75 fee, and there's a "pet relief station" at the back with sand and some poop bags. The parking lot has ample space for a small dog to stretch its legs.

“we had a total of 10 families with kids and we’re looking forward to the swimming pool. We called ahead to make sure the swimming pool was working and they told us it was. The pool was not in service and our kids had nothing to do after their baseball tournament. Very disappointed as we would have picked a different hotel if we would have been told the pool was still out of service three different families were told it had been fixed.”

“This property is ok, but it really needs some TLC. Our room had a list of issues. Some is bad maintenance and some is shoddy maintenance. I thought Embassy Suites was a nicer hotel but after dealing with our room, I would say it is definitely not. The staff were terrific from check in to the chef at breakfast. But, clean ALL the things like the chandelier in the lobby and fix the wonky elevators. Inspect every room for issues that need addressing. ”
