“Great little family getaway spot. Nothing fancy, but it was perfect for our family. They keep the pool at 84, hot tub jets aren’t always working but temp was great. Seems like a spot for family and teams to stay, or the odd teen birthday. Parents were supervising, and the kids were very respectful; teens even letting my 4.5 yr old join in on their pool games. “A poorer representation of Hyatt properties. Furniture in disrepair or non-functional in my room. Only one elevator working. A tiny bottle of wine at the bar cost me $30!
When staff were apprised of issues, they scoffed and said I should have just asked them to change my room (which I booked specifically for the type and size I needed). No real attempt to address my concerns.”
