Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal.
Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely.

7,8/10 Buono! (758 recensioni)
Posizione centralissima e a pochi passi dalla metro.
Hotel tranquillo, in buone condizioni e pulito.

8,2/10 Ottimo! (1002 recensioni)
"The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. ..."

"I booked the room as I am planning to do regular weekend work over in Peterborough for the foreseeable future. I was looking for a conveniently located clean hotel at a reasonable price. This seemed to fit the bill and is almost the very definition of fine. The check in process was perfunctory without ..."
