“When we arrived we asked the front desk for 4 extra pillows to be brought to the room the following day by 3pm. Our daughter was having elbow surgery and we needed to make sure we had enough to prop her an up safely. They hadn't brought them by the time we got back, so I stopped by the desk and reminded them of what we needed. They promptly got them to us.
All the staff were very friendly andvery accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.
As for the breakfast, it was good and several...

“Parking is terrible because it’s downtown and expensive, you don’t even know where your car is parked here though. They have no elevator, no amenities, if you want water you have to bring a water bottle or go downstairs every time you want a drink. Did I mention no elevator? Also the loudest room ever, we stayed on bourbon street and it wasn’t nearly this noisy.”
