The holiday flat is located in a very quiet residential area of Oldenburg in a cul-de-sac, right next to the Wall Museum, where you can experience the Middle Ages up close, and a path leads through the ramparts to the historic old town of Oldenburg, with all shopping facilities and various restaurants, which can be reached in 15 minutes (on foot).A cycle path leads through fields and meadows to the Weißenhäuser Strand holiday park, 6 km away, with a wide range of leisure activities, wide beaches, cliffs and a subtropical bathing area, or fun in the jungle land for children.Heiligenhafen with its fishing harbour and marina and the island of Fehmarn can be reached quickly by car.

The flat is located in the basement, with windows facing the outside area, so the rooms are bright and sunny. For the evenings there are games for children and adults, as well as literature for "bookworms".
If you would like a cot, high chair and baby bath, please let us know when booking and we will provide these free of charge.

In front of the flat entrance another kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, .also an extra refrigerator (can be used).

Oldenburg is one of the oldest towns in Schleswig-Holstein. Oldenburg was a bishop's see around 900. Part of the brick church, which can be seen in the town centre, has been preserved from this period. The market square and the pedestrianised streets show the old houses and are typical of a small town in Eastern Holstein. Various events are organised in the summer.

Eutin in the heart of Holstein Switzerland is famous for its festival. In the castle park, above Lake Eutin, operas by Carl-Maria v. Weber are performed in summer, and the Freischütz is at home here. A very romantic evening for music lovers.

Sports and leisure activities : On the site of the former Slavic settlement of Starigard, Schleswig-Holstein's largest archaeological monument to the Slavs invites you on an exciting excursion into history. The museum offers many events and activity days. The "People of Starigard" demonstrate the craftsmanship of the Slavs around 900 AD and show how they lived. The "Slavic Days" in July are interesting and well-known. 100 te of performers live here and show their craftsmanship. Show fights (battles) are also performed.
