“I rented the room for my neighbors as an anniversary present. The room they got was not the room they wanted nor the room I thought I was renting, based on the website. My neighbors enjoyed their stay but is was disappointing to rent a room that was different than what they wanted and what the website showed . The room was supposed to have a jetted tub in their room, not a hot tub outside. ”
