“Villa Dominico is beautifully situated in a quiet location a couple of miles outside the village of Moncarapacho. The property is spacious and comfortable with a large kitchen diner, a big garden including a patio and swimming pool. We stayed in February and took advantage of the south facing veranda to soak up some much needed sunshine. Although the evenings were understandably cool the wood burner provided plenty of warmth for the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering, though...

“Stayed with family including kids and grandparents. The home is big and modern and clean with a beautiful private large yard and pool.We really enjoyed sitting outside and using the pool. One note that the house is not two villas as the listing says but really one large home where you could close off a section. Most homes we have visited have been better stocked so know that you need to get everything yourself even trash bags and cleaning supplies. There is no self check in or check out option...

“Located on rising ground just north of the small town of Moncarapacho and below the highest point on the Algarve, villa Colibri enjoys great views toward the sea. It was big enough to accommodate 17 of us over 3 generations. It has excellent facilities, including a great pool that was never crowded even with all of us in it. “This is an outstanding property and exactly as advertised. The house is spacious, ultra clean and comfortable; nothing is lacking. The pool was great and much needed during the hot summer. The location is good; in a nice neighborhood that it is a little “off the beaten track” but pretty easy with a car. The hosts and house manager are easy to comunicate with. Good job all round.”
