“The Little House”

5 minutes to Windrock with plenty of parking for a trailers. You can drop & ride directly to Windrock 10 minutes to Oak Ridge. 3 minutes to grocery store. 40 mins to Pigeon Forge. Our house offers a great outdoor deck for Entertaining. For a little house , it offers a Spacious living room, dining room along with a washer and dryer! Quite safe neighborhood.

If you are mountain biking - we have secured basement storage for bikes.

Back yard parking for extra truck & trailers . Double parking in the gravel & concrete pad.
Street parking available across the street from the power pole all the way in front of the church.

The house was absolutely amazing. Came for the weekend to ride windrock with my daughter and enjoyed every bit. Around 8 minute drive or so from the driveway to entrance of park and was a plus we could ride directly from there back and forth. The house had everything you needed and then some. Brooke is an exceptional host and really went out her way to make sure our stay was perfect!! Will definetly be booking again! Thanks so much and really appreciate everything you did brooke!!

A wonderful cozy house that felt like a home. The host provided so much. Forgetting a toothbrush, to a fully stocked kitchen, board game in the cabinet, a basket of toys for kids, several extra blankets. The home was clean and safe and an absolute ple a sure to stay at.

While the Little House has definitely seen some years, it was clean, comfortable and set up with all the amenities you could ask for. Brooke was amazing to work with and almost answered my messages before I sent them!We highly recommend the Little House while you are in Oliver Springs.

Cute little house! It had everything we needed for our long weekend visiting family. It was our first time using VRBO. The whole process was so easy. Brooke did a great job of answering any questions. She helped me with the booking process and we were ready to go in no time! We're looking forward to our next trip to Tennessee.

The Little House was perfect for our stay to be able to ride to the trails at Windrock. The host thought of everything you would need for an extended stay away from home. Very clean house. Parking available for trailers. Nice little neighborhood.

Off-road Getaway

We come to Windrock for an off-road event at this time each year. This is our fourth time staying at The Little House. It’s the perfect location for us, and each year the host seems to add some new amenities. This place is clean, quiet, and extremely well stocked with most anything you can think of to make for an enjoyable stay. We’re already looking forward to next year.

Weekend baseball trip

We were in town for a baseball tournament at the local park. The house was clean and comfy, and the host was considerate and worked with our game schedule. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I will stay there again when in the area.

Cute little house

We needed a spot to stay for the night before heading back to WI and this was great. Couch was big enough for all of us to sit on-plus is was super comfy. They had amenities for everything. Would def stay here again!

Great Little House

House was cute and clean. Check in process was easy. Everything we needed was there except for a toaster (which maybe I just didn’t find). Great back porch to hang out on. Host was responsive when we reached out. Basement was available to store our bikes - easy in out access. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Wind Rock.
