I'm Max, i am the owner of this beautiful Villa, from when my parents bought it in 1967. As a child, my parents used
to take me to the Villa every week end.
Time has passed but the feelings when you walk into the garden, remain. The scent of the flowers, the sight of the trees,
the sound of the stream and, in the evening , a gentle breeze caresses the skin; yes i'm sure, i love going every week end to Villa Magnolia,

This magnificent property is located in Vassena, one of three villages along the coastal road that runs from Lecco to Bellagio and belongs to the City of Olivet Lario, together with Onno and Limonta.
Villa Magnolia is about 15 minutes drive from Bellagio, the pearl of the Como Lake and 20 minutes from the center of Lecco.

The accommodation is arranged over three floors , located in a quiet location, strategic and easy to find, it is divided as follows:
On the ground floor a spacious entrance, a semicircular large and bright dining room on the right side, with large sofa
and fireplace. Thanks to three large windows along the semicircular side, from this room you can enjoy a breathtaking
view of the Grigna mountain on opposite versant , on the lake and finally on the magnificent and well-kept garden covering
some 3000 meters, rich in plants and flowers of every kind; from roses to azaleas , olive trees to pine trees, japanese maple
from the majestic Magnolia, which gives its name to the Villa.
In front of the hall is the large kitchen ,with white lacquered furniture and breakfast bar in granite. The kitchen is well equipped ,with oven ,dishwasher , stove and refrigerator . Adjoining the kitchen ,there is a small storage room.
On the same floor , a door separates the living area from the sleeping area . The latter includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The first bedroom is a double one with twin beds, the second bedroom with king-size bed and the last is a single one.
In front of of theme there are two bathrooms , complete with bath shower and toilet.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a lovely wooden balcony reminiscent a mountain cabin ,which offers spettacular
views of the Lecco branch. On the same floor there is another single bedroom and a bathroom ,facing the valley.
In the basement is a tavern , with its own entrance ,well-furnished with fireplace , in which you can spend evenings with
friends in complete relaxation .
The ground floor and first floor are connected by a wooden staircase . In the large garden there is also an area dedicated
to barbecue.
Across the street, you can reach the private darsena and the beach, where you can spend sunny days by the lake.
At Villa Magnolia you can spend unforgettable holidays enjoying the tranquillity and privacy it offers and, at the same time,
to discover incomparable beauty that Lake of Como offers.
