  • Furnished 2-room apartment of 35m2 in the lower level of a villa (owners live above), very pleasant and bright South West exposure, located on the heights of Ollioules, very quiet environment. For the comfort of our guests, we limit the occupancy to a maximum of 3 people. 1 fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Senseo espresso machine) 1 shower room, WC. 1 bedroom with wardrobe and storage. 1 sofa bed. 1 terrace with pergola, table and chairs available. Heated swimming pool (heated by solar thermal panels). 1 hammam. Independent entrance with 1 parking space in front of the house. April to May: minimum 2 nights PGJyPg June/July/August: weekly rental or minimum 3 nights PGJyPg September to November: minimum 2 nights PGJyPg PGJyPg Smokers are asked to smoke outside the apartment.
