Hotel romantici a Oltrarno

“WiFi connection was very spotty and didn’t work well”

“Great property and location!”

“This property met our family of 4’s needs for the two nights that we were in Florence. The property is clean and comfortable, and the manager is very responsive. There is not a lot of space to put belongings, but for being there only two nights, that didn’t matter. it is in a great location!”

“Unit is large and resembles the pictures. The kitchen is so dark though. There is no light so don’t expect to use the kitchen for anything other than putting drinks in the fridge. Also it would be nice for the hosts to provide kitchen hand towels. There is nothing to dry your hands if you use the kitchen sink. The upstairs bathroom shower is very small. If you are bigger, you won’t fit. Same with the bathroom by the kitchen. There is also no place to put shampoo and soap in the...

“This was really a wonderful vacation in a fantastic and very charming apartment in the heart of Florence, close to Ponte Vecchio in a very good location for visiting all the historical centre. The owner Mr. Luca Scrivanti was very kind, with a warm hospitality and very valuable suggestions. I hotly suggest this vacation! Giancarlo Di Majo”

“10 days in 100 degree Florence heat... but we always with relief opened our door to this 3rd floor oasis in Altrarno. Excellent AC, washing machine on back deck, and front deck for coffee in the morning. Very clean. Furniture very modern and comfortable enough. No weird art on the walls - bravo! Two bathrooms were great! AMAZING free off-street parking outside ZTL (Zona Traffico Limitato). Easy walk to grocery and restaurants. Only negative was kitchen was lacking simplest condiments for basic...

“good location but some items needed better maintenance. not very comfortable that you cannot flush toilet paper”

“This is the cutest little apartment. It was very clean spacious and we loved the decor. It was our favorite place to stay while in Italy. The location is very central. A quick 10 minute walk to the train station. Lots of great stores and restaurants near by.”

“We had to wait outside ( not in a nice neighborhood) for the the owner open the door ( no door code) ,the location was not what was described. The apartment was not ready when we arrived ,we arrived around 5:30 pm and the cleaning crew was inside finishing cleaning. Bathroom very small and bed not very comfortable.”
