“Trying to get information out of the hosts was very difficult leading up to check in. Once we checked in and expressed we were unhappy with the conditions of the property, we never heard from them again. We told them we were not going to stay and would have appreciated some form of refund but we didn’t expect one. No response. We left and went to another nearby hotel. The room was an absolutely filthy mess. What appeared to be animal hair all over the carpets along with stains on everything....
