“firstly I would like to say that when I saw a mixed postive and negative reviews about this hotel I was skeptic but I thought I will give it the benefit of doubt and can say that our stay overall was really good apart from a few small thing's. Hamid - very helpful and resourceful, he was always ready to answer any questions I had. I could sense that he genuinely wanted us to have a pleasant stay.
