Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, servizi, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
The property was not as expected. Upon arrival we walked downstairs to almost fall because the bottom step was loose and popped up. I contacted the host who said someone was coming to repair it but no one came during our 4 day stay. Now the most EGREGIOUS part of our stay was the disgusting bedding. We pulled the sheets back to go to bed and there was hair in the bed, pet hair all over the comforter and when we removed it to wash it so we could go to bed the mattress cover was covered in stains and debris. Ewwww! We took that off and washed it too. We notified the host who had Walmart deliver new sheets for the primary bed the next day but all of the linen had to be washed.
Then in the shower there were long hairs, grime, and just not clean.
I sent pictures to the host and was met with an apology. That’s all.
It’s not noted that there are no washcloths in the home, so we went to purchase that with cleaning supplies and it’s literally the bare minimum there.
The location was convenient to family so we stayed but I would NOT rent or recommend them.
