The two full bathrooms were both newly remodeled. Bath 1 (upper level) has a shower and tub combo. Bath 2 (lower level) is connected to a bedroom for an en-suite-style setup.

LIVING SPACES

Living Room — Cozy couch and loveseat, indoor fireplace, HDTV, and a dedicated workspace for anyone who needs to camp out with a laptop while the rest of the group is doing something else.

Dining — Open-concept kitchen and dining. The wood dining table comfortably seats 6 and the bar-stool counter seats another 2.

Kitchen — Newly remodeled and stocked the way you'd actually want it: full cookware, bakeware, knives, plates and glassware, drip coffee, basic pantry staples. Cook a real meal here, don't just reheat.

Sunroom — Enclosed sunroom right off the living room. The best room in the house in the morning.

Workout Room — Real exercise equipment, an HDTV, and a dedicated workstation. Skip the hotel gym.

Laundry — Full-size washer and dryer in the home (no quarters, no laundromat trips).

Garage + Parking — 2-car attached garage plus driveway parking for 3 additional vehicles. Total of 5 off-street parking spots — even a full house never has to street park.

Backyard — Private backyard with a propane grill, ready to use.

WHAT'S STOCKED — THE FORGOT-IT CLOSET

Upstairs hallway closet has the small things you usually have to drive out for: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, toothpaste, batteries, and the rest of the essentials. Coffee and tea are already in the kitchen — help yourself.

ABOUT THE HOST

Lifelong Omaha resident, Superhost, four years hosting, and a small portfolio of homes nearby. If anything in the home isn't right when you arrive, message me — I aim to acknowledge in minutes and fix things same-day. On the rare occasion something mechanical fails mid-stay, having other nearby homes means we can usually relocate you within hours instead of leaving you stranded.

DISCLOSURES (so you arrive knowing what you've got)

• Older neighborhood; expect normal city sounds (occasional sirens, neighbors, the VA traffic during peak hours).
• Quiet hours per City of Omaha ordinance: 10 PM – 7 AM.
• Self check-in via smart lock; the cleaning crew typically arrives shortly after the 10 AM checkout and will not approach the door until the lock confirms departure.
• You're welcome to have packages delivered, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
