Welcome to the delightful 1906 Benson Farmhouse! This historic treasure seamlessly blends classic charm with modern conveniences. Enjoy spacious indoor and outdoor areas, including two inviting porches, a deck with breathtaking views, and a cozy fire pit patio. The expansive kitchen is perfect for cooking and gathering with loved ones. Nestled in the lively Benson neighborhood, this home promises a unique and enjoyable experience.

➝ Family Friendly - Pack'n Play, highchair, kids dishware provided (Pack n' Play only comes with the padding from the box, and no beddings)
➝ Off-street parking plus free on-street parking
➝ Fully stocked kitchen with coffee provided
➝ In-home washer + dryer w/ detergent and dryer sheets provided
➝ Self check-in with Smart Lock
➝ Central A/C and heat
➝ Fully fenced Backyard + BBQ Grill + outdoor seating

➝ Pet Friendly - 2 dogs under 40lbs (must be included in the reservation- $60 per pet fee) - sorry no cats

➝ 10 minutes to UNMC + UNO + Blackstone + Aksarben
➝ 15 minutes to the Zoo + Downtown + CHI Center

We met our 2 college kids (halfway) for the weekend in Omaha. This home we stayed at was absolutely GORGEOUS!! Great in photos...better in person! We had 2 family dinners. One we used the grill for steaks! And used the huge, well stocked kitchen for daily breakfast! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable with soft sheets!! The 2 showers were super with 1 large bathtub! Our host offered super communication and was responsive to my questions while we stayed! Location was convenient and easy to find! I use VRBO on most trips with our family of 6 and a dog. I would HIGHLY recommend this property!!

The house was charming. Access to the house was a little difficult due to the construction on the streets. This should not turn anyone away from the house, as the house warm and welcoming. The back yard was fully fenced and groomed, with a beautiful patio with plenty of room. Our only complaint is the paint chipping from the ceiling and some unfinished cosmetics around the home.

Great location; awesome space!

We booked this home due to its proximity to a festival in the Benson neighborhood, and also one that had a garage to store our trailer as we were a vendor at the fest. The home was perfect! With 3 floors, it allowed privacy for those that wanted it, yet had large enough common areas (especially the kitchen!) for all 6 of us to be together. When the weather did cooperate, the outdoor space was great. With 3 bathrooms, it gave all of us an opportunity to get ready without stressing out that others were waiting. The host was terrific at getting back to us with any question we had. Will definitely stay here next year if we work the festival again.

Great place to stay in Omaha

This is an interesting old house dating from 1905. However, you never know it from the updated inside! Great house and central location close to everything. It was perfect for us and our little dog. Communications with the owner and check-in were seamless. Would definitely stay again next time we come to town. Thanks for the great stay.

This is a charmer

We rented this house because it was close to where our grandsons LaCrosse game was being played. The area has a lot of beautiful parks with places to hike and take your dogs. Owners were very responsive. Home was warm and comfortable and well stocked. Neighbor is established and close to most anything you may need. Quite area.

Good spot

Good location for being close to downtown. Short drive to grocery stores and gyms. Ample parking, which is typically an issue. Large yard for dogs was biggest draw. We would stay again!

Great Comfortable Property!

Very nice property with a huge fenced in yard for you pup! Comfy beds, very clean, great space for gathering with family and friends! Everything you need in the kitchen and great communication from the host. Quiet, safe and convenient neighborhood!

Just As Pictured

This house was great for a Thanksgiving week stay with family. The layout was great and allowed everyone there space, with a very comfortable living room for watching football and movies. We cooked a lot in the kitchen - the double ovens were especially useful for the Thanksgiving meal. There were a couple of utensils missing, but the host was very responsive and accommodating. A great stay and would definitely recommend!

Cozy and relaxing..

This trip was a family girls trip…some coming from Kansas and others from South Dakota. It was what we were looking for and more. Quaint, cozy and clean home with all the amenities. It was close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The hosts were terrific and always returned messages within minutes. We would highly recommend!

Cozy spot

This property was beautiful! Very clean. The only downside was the Tvs had no cable or available apps couldn't connect our phones either. Overall it was charming and the beds were the best! I would definitely stay again. I hope they get cable for the Tvs.

Great house great neighborhood

The house is charming, beds comfy, lots of natural light, well appointed. The kitchen is fabulous! Its in a quiet family neighborhood -- we met some neighbors while out walking -- nice people to be around. All in all it was a delightful place to stay.

Great Benson Neighborhood Home

This house was adorable and had all the amenities. I loved the basement with its own bathroom and living area. It was like its own little oasis. People park on the street opposite the driveway which made getting out a little difficult at times but all in all this house is a must stay if you are in the area.

Simultaneously Cozy and Large!

We are grateful that this house was available at the last minute: a week before we needed it. The normal host of our family reunion was recovering from surgery and didn't need 10 people at his home. So, this wonderfully refurbished old house met our needs very well. Our family appreciated the large kitchen, the large outdoor table with plenty of chairs, plenty of sleeping spaces, and the sharp bathroom in the basement. Thank you for refurbishing this old house. We had a grand family reunion!!

Family friendly stay

We had a great experience for the 4th of July week! We chose this house because it was close to where our kids live and because it has the space for gathering. We enjoyed the back yard and have our meals "al fresco". My grand-daughter enjoyed it as well. It was also great that the house had a high chair and a play pen so we were able to have our baby grand-daughter stay with us! We truly enjoyed being there as a family. Our only complain...there were no cutting knives around! There were plenty of cutting boards but no knives. We went to the store and got one and we left it there. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family gathering!

Weekend Family Getaway

The home was beautiful and spacious! The large kitchen was great for preparing family meals. The backyard has tons of space for outdoor games and conversation. The location was very convenient for getting to the the zoo, safari park, and several museums. The host was very quick to respond to messages and has created a very welcoming environment. It was the perfect stay for our family trip to Omaha!

We came from California to visit relatives and go to a reunion. Had a wonderful stay here, the house is beautiful. Lots of stairs so we got a workout. Our 4 year old loved them though.
