Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. It's one-of-a-kind multi-level home on a corner lot! This spacious retreat features a modern layout with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoy SS appliances and a fully stocked kitchen, plus a complimentary coffee bar. The finished lower level boasts a wet bar and, stunning fireplace, arcade game, gym and extra sleeping area. Each bedroom has its own TV. With new furniture throughout, this home is perfect for your getaway! Welcome to Your Home Away from Home Step into a beautifully appointed living area, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The floor plan seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, office space, and gourmet kitchen, creating a welcoming atmosphere for gatherings. Bedrooms- Bedroom 1: A luxurious king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite full bathroom. Bedroom 2: A cozy queen-size bed, flat-screen TV. Bedrooms 3. Bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed Living Areas: Kitchen- Fully equipped for your culinary needs. There are two dining tables. Cooking Utensils: Pots, pans, bakeware, knives, cutting boards, and various cooking tools. Dining Equipment: Plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware, and serving dishes. Small Appliances: Coffee maker (Keurig and traditional pot), toaster, and microwave. Basic Pantry Items: Salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, and other common cooking staples. Note: While we provide the basics, you may want to supplement with your own favorite spices, condiments, or specialty ingredients. Living Area- There is a spacious living room and family room (in the lower level) with comfortable seating, large-screen TVs, and a cozy fireplace for relaxation. There is two futons in the living room, and there are two more futons in the family room, one bunk bed, and a sleeper. Play area and games- There are foosball, Arcade games, and card games. Gym- Full gym that includes treadmill, elliptical machine and statenorty bike. Laundry Room- In-unit laundry facilities with a washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Outdoor Features- Garage: Ample parking for two vehicles inside and there are driveway that fit 4 more cars Deck: Outdoor seating perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Back Patio: Enjoy outdoor grilling with the provided propane grill. Others- Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the home. TV Cable: YouTub TV is included Access to the whole house

Great place!

This home in Omaha was great for our crew! We had seven little kids 8 and under. They loved the arcade games and bunk beds! The basement was an awesome place for kids to play and hang while not being too disruptive. The host was easy to work with and responded quickly in messaging. Would totally recommend this place!

Property Manager is Awesome!

We needed the property during a funeral. When we arrived we noticed some things were not very clean, but we had to rush out. Later, we realized that the house had not been cleaned properly at all. I notified the owner, and he returned my text promptly. We texted more the following morning. Not only did he refund our cleaning deposit, but he also had a large cleaning crew come to take care of the entire house. He was prompt and gracious, and we would stay at this home again.

Thanksgiving fun

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay. The house was perfect for our large blended family. My husband and I stayed with our 7 kids ranging from 17 years old to 4 years old. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. The location was quiet and safe. The house was super clean and the beds were really comfortable.
