Very disappointed with the communication and the owners lack of willingness to work with us first of all with our days of stay. My husband was having major surgery and it got pushed back a day later due to the Dr was doing a heart transplant and was unable to do my husbands surgery the next day. The owner was unwilling to move our stay a day later and extend the day at the end. We paid for 4 nights and only were able to stay 3 out of the 4. The rental was not rented before or after our stay but they offered to rent a few extra days to us but would not give me credit for the first day that was unused. We were in town for this major surgery and are still staying in town as he is still in the hospital but found somewhere else to stay due to this problem and also, we had another problem. The one TV in the unit would not work. We could not get it to work so messaged the owner and he stated that there was an internet outage at that time. So strange that he said that because our phones were able to hook up to that same internet? Thought that was pretty strange! The TV still did not work so they were supposed to check on it and supposedly they did and determined it was a remote problem but did not replace or fix anything. We came back for the evening and still no TV. They gave me the option to go into another unit to get a different remote but I did not feel comfortable doing that at 9 pm at night. There was one TV in the unit and it did not work the whole time.
