“We were driving to Chicago and stopped for the night in Omaha. We found a good deal on this cute older hotel and were very pleasantly surprised. It was clean and modern and updated inside. The shower was great, the room was spacious and the beds were super comfy. Friendly staff, highly recommended!”

“The property was clean and rooms were clean. The manager seemed nice.
The pool was closed the first night which was a very big disappointment since that was the main reason we picked this hotel (and the waffle maker). The next 2 nights the chlorine level was so high we couldn't stand to be in the water more than about 15-20 minutes because it burned our eyes so bad.
The breakfast was okay, all processed food. The eggs, sausage, and ham were frozen patties that had been warmed. The first...

“The room was spacious. However, upon entering the bedroom, a wall light was found with broken lights. Immediately reported to front desk. Later, discovered drains in sinks were slow in draining; again, reported to front desk. Rugs in elevators were old and worn. During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage. “The room we received was a handicap room, on the 2nd floor-what if someone with a handicap needed that room-what if they wanted to take a shower, there was a tub in this room-what if there was a fire & the elevator was not working-very important things to think about
Also, there were 2 adults. The cleaning staff left 1 hand towel & 1 larger towel for showering. That was it. No samples of soap…..NOTHING
I would not recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone, nor will we booking a room here again!!!...
