“Hot water hardly works. They wont let you take the breakfast up to your room. No ice buckets in the rooms. The tables in the room were sticky. The breakfast selection was poor ”

The AC kept the room cool in spite of high summer temperatures outside but did not humidify, making the room feel damp and cold.
