“The hotel’s architectural design was amazing. I love how they kept the hotel as is with some touch ups. Danielle who helped me during check in was nice and helpful. Anne who was the shuttle driver was very friendly and courteous as well telling me all about Omaha and what to do. I do not feel they should take the shuttle service out. I think the shuttle service was one of the highlight why I picked Magnolia especially for the guests who are seniors or do not want to drive during their stay. ”

“Clean room, parking lot and sidewalks needs work, we had a wheelchair user with us and this needs improvement. Breakfast was good. Had a couple sitting area with TV, that was nice since it was March Madness ! Over all good! ”

“For the price I should be more comfortable and have basic needs met. The property was beautiful and the valet service was convenient and quick. The food at the restaurant was good as well. However, the ac was either broken or not adjustable to the tenant. I turned it to 67 upon arrival and the temp never came down from 75-it was so hot we couldn’t sleep well. The shower head was broken in a way that the head would swivel down and to the left instead of staying in place-you then had to squish in...

“Very friendly staff, quiet, and a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious. Some things to plan for: Not all rooms (or floors) have a microwave, in my experience suites do. Not all rooms have a bath tub. Must pay for parking daily for every vehicle and the parking lot is very small.”

“Our go to place to stay the night before we leave for vacation. We've been staying there for the last 5 years and it's always been fantastic. ”
