Villa Erce is located on the beach in Duće near the small, Mediterranean town of Omiš and its Cetina river (2,5 km away) that offers many sandy and pebble beaches. The villa itself is located directly on the beautiful sandy beach Duće, 150m from the restaurant, coffee bar, 300m from a mini-market, and a bakery.

Beachfront Villa Erce spreads over 586 sqm of living area, settled on an 836 sqm fenced property, with amazing views of the beach and sea that is just a step from you, offering fully air-conditioned and luxurious accommodation for 14 people, with an elevator from the ground floor to the rooftop for easier indoor communication besides the staircase. Finding Villa Erce is a perfect choice for a family reunion or a group of friends. Treat yourselves to a stay at this amazing property, your well-deserved relaxing beachfront vacation.
The interior is very modern and bright, and the rooms are designed to perfection. Carefully selected luxury furniture and interior design create a tranquil environment in which you can relax peacefully.

Beachfront Villa Erce is fully air-conditioned, with free WiFi, and offers exclusively for your next 3-level organization:
* The outdoor offers a private and heated pool, 10m long x 4m wide, with an integrated hydro-massage system and a fully automated salt electrolysis system. The sun deck area with 14 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a Covered terrace with a comfortable outdoor dining area for 14 people, and a summer kitchen with a traditional barbecue, surrounded by trees, you have enough sun and shade, so find yourselves a perfect spot and enjoy the sounds of the waves and the beauty of the sea just a step away. There is an outdoor Tennis table too, and on the rooftop terrace is a nice lounge area offering amazing sea views (elevator access).
* The ground floor offers a fully equipped and very modern kitchen (filter coffee machine, a Nespresso coffee maker, microwave oven, and other amenities), a stylish dining area for 14 people, and a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, you can enjoy the sea views or the calming views on the pool area where you have direct access from the living room. Next to the kitchen is a huge glass wall toward the beautiful alfresco dining area that is ideal for enjoying the local delicacies combined with fine local wines during the magical summer evenings. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor, and a Laundry with a washing machine, dryer, and iron with accessories is accessed from the outside.

* The 1st floor offers 4 bedrooms and a Gym, fully air-conditioned. There is a very well-equipped gym with Treadmill, a Multifunction device, Bench with some weights, a TV; a Bedroom No1 (South, 25sqm) offering amazing sea and pool views, with a King size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, en-suite bathroom with shower (7sqm), a terrace (27sqm) shared with Bedroom No2; a Bedroom No2 (South, 26sqm) offering amazing sea and pool views, with a King size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, en-suite bathroom with shower (7sqm), a terrace (27sqm) shared with Bedroom No1; a Bedroom No3 (North, 24sqm) offering mountain views, with a King size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, en-suite bathroom with shower (7sqm); a Bedroom No4 ( North, 22sqm) offering mountain views, with two single beds 90cm x 200cm that can connect into a King size bed, a TV, en-suite bathroom with shower (6sqm).

Pictures don’t do it justice

The property is extremely luxurious and the pictures probably don’t do it justice. The rooms & bathrooms are spacious and it was extremely well equipped. We had an excellent stay, including having a meal at the house by local head chef Martin - which was a fabulous dinner of fresh local ingredients cooked to perfection. Many thanks to owner Dinko for also providing local area recommendations.
