“Room 5th floor center of building. WiFi was 2 to 7 Mbps Wi-Fi download speed and 1 Mbps upload. Hotel front desk informed. Staff could not resolve issue. I tried 2 eSims (Docomo/KDDI) but building walls prevented use. Bed comfortable, refrigerator would not cool bottle so I would get ice from 2nd floor. 4 night stay and I was informed at check in no cleaning for 4 days…unless I requested. Hotel dated . There are other hotel options and I will choose differently next time in Sasebo”

“Superb hotel, wonderful staff all eager to help, breakfast was excellent, the location couldn’t be better as it is right across the street from Nagasaki Station.”

“Clean and spacious room.
Staff were helpful and welcoming.
Parking was free and good enough. Need to contact staff when the main parking lot was full though.
Buffer dinner and breakfast were excellent. But during golden week, there were a lot of guests and a bit crowded.
The attractions were excellent but sparse and so the area was better to visit with your own car.
During golden week, dinner and breakfast were not optional and that costed more than other period.”
