“I had an amazing time at The Roost. From the minute I stepped on grounds, I felt welcomed. The room was beautifully decorated and clean, staff were all nice and welcoming, and the pool area was so serene. All of the decor was so beautiful and detail oriented. You all exceeded my expectations. My favorite getaway spot... I will definitely be back. ”

“The property was very clean. However, the air conditioning was not very good. When I got there it was set it coolest setting but it was not cooling and never really did. We didn’t ask for a different room because I really didn’t want to have to move my stuff and it wasn’t so hot that it was unbearable but it was not cool as it should have been. I did report it when I checked out the next morning. ”

“I received a welcome email that told me check in was available after 2:00pm. I received another email with the access code stating that check in wasn't until 5:00Pm. Luckily, I didn't get to the property until right at 5:00pm. The code sent via email to enter the building didn't work. I called the help number and discovered the owner had outsourced the management to either Pakistan or India. I could barely understand the guy on the phone, and he was unable to help me. He couldn't find the local...
