“I wouldn’t book here again. It was extremely confusing. I booked, I got a message that within so many hours of our stay we would get a message from the host on check in information (never did). I also messaged the host about 2 questions I had never got a response - still haven’t, and we stayed here 2 weeks ago. The listing told us check in was 3PM and Check out was 11AM and after we booked it the check in time moved to 4PM and check out time moved to 10AM. We were made aware on how to check in...

“This place is rustic, but has potential. No communication from host as to how to get in. I tried emailing the host via VRBO, calling, and texting. After texting I got the code to get in and the wifi. You have to have your own water to drink and cook with. It is well water without a filter for getting useable water. The well water has a potent smell and taste of iron. There aren't any curtains in the back of the house and the roll up curtains in one of the bedrooms aren't great. The furniture is...

“comfy bed, hot tub was fun. no complaints!”

“Loved being out in the country and seeing the stars at night and watching the horses. The unit we stayed in could have been cleaner. Lot of dust and rust and bugs. Online listing says breakfast included, but that was oatmeal and granola bars and with 3 adults staying there for 2 nights, only 4 coffee pods. ”
