“Unfortunately we had a series of issues with this property, starting from the check in process. I was given the wifi password info by the agency that represents the house. We got in late at night due to a family emergency (the local manager knew). We got to the property and we could not connect to the wifi and none of us had any connection. We had to go close to town to connect. I tried calling the manager but she didn’t respond. We had to sit in the car till 3:30 AM so our daughter could finish...

“Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist katastrophal. Das Haus war nur teilweise gereinigt. 1 Bett im Obergeschoss war nicht frisch bezogen. Im Obergescgoss gab es keine Töpfe, keine Pfannen, keine Gläser kein Geschirr. In der Küche waren alle Schränke leer. Im Obergeschoss gab es 4 Tage kein heißes Wasser zum duschen. “Our stay at Villa Podere Belvedere was just wonderful. Our family had the most relaxing time at the Villa, enjoying morning walks in the picturesque country side, lovely lunches by the pool and driving to the many charming Towns in the area all contributed to a wonderful stay. My only negative comment is that it would have been helpful if we had been informed that absolutely no household cleaning products or catering supplies would be provided, we could have brought these items with us. La comunicazione con i propriertari era top, molto accoglienti e disponibili! Assolutamente da consigliare a chi ama la tranquillità ma comunque vuole visitare i posti più conosciuti della zona come Pienza, Montalcino, Siena...”
