The property is laid out as follows:
- A 31 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200), hotel-quality mattress
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90×90) that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed, hotel-quality mattress
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
