“I liked that there was a laundry room where you could do your laundry, and they would fold it for you and bring it to your room. I also liked that they had a robot that could deliver your takeout or other deliveries.
I disliked that the gym had very little equipment and only cardio machines. It should at least have a pull-up machine or a cable machine. I also disliked that packages sent there had to be picked up by yourself instead of being handled by the staff.

“Overall place was good. However, when we were checking in, after spending about 5mins checking us in, 3 local ladies walk in with ID cards to check in - he stops what he’s doing with us and checks them in first, then proceeds to complete our check in.
What happened to asking them to wait in line like everyone else?
Also, when we asked for an extra keycard, they got so annoyed? One of us uses the gym and you need a keycard to get in and out. The same keycard is what keeps the lights and ac on...

“First room we were given was weird shape. Advised front desk immediately we wanted room change. This was completed mid day next morning.
This room was exactly what we expected.
We were staying for month, so needed good room.
Close to everything! Shops, Beijing road, underground.
Safe in room, but as this was 'free standing' seemed pointless to use, but as is usual in China camera's everywhere so security not really an issue. Without room change, and weird safe I would give this place a big 5...
