“The stay was beautiful m; from the check in which was handled by Zakk; the entire staff was polite and very courteous. Breakfast was very good and sufficient food for everyone. My special thanks to Daniella who was very helpful assisting my partner who was a vegetarian. Definitely looking to return in the Fall”

"We stayed at this large hotel located right in the heart of downtown Toronto. The staff was professional and courteous throughout our stay. Our upgraded room—one of the superior rooms with two comfortable double beds—was clean, spacious, and pleasant. Originally, we had booked a room with a single double bed, but upon check-in, we found a piece of broken glass on the bathroom floor. Aside from that issue, we were quite satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel offers good value for the price, especially considering the location and service."
