“Front desk was very friendly and helpful. When we got to our room the first thing I did was use our bathroom. Hair was all over the tile floor and when I went to wash my hands. The “clean” hand towel hanging up was WET and dirty! Like someone had washed their hands and dried them off prior to our arrival. I had to get Clorox wipes to clean off the surfaces in the bathroom/sink area and other hard surfaces in the room to feel comfortable with the room being clean enough to use. Room ac was loud...

“Room wasn't fully clean when we got there, dust in bathroom floor, hair in bathtub. Broken light fixture in room, dresser dinged up looked dingy, clock on wall with no hands. Housekeeper doesn't come clean unless requested? After request still did minimum. Had to take towels to front desk everytime for exchange, even the one time housekeeping came through on our 3 nights, left the dirty towels didn't exchange them. Soda machine in lobby ate money, notified staff member all they said was oh thats...

“Everything was good except they advertised a grill but had no propane. While traveling we don't carry propane. The laundry was great. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and pans. Bed very comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Loved having washer and dryer to use”

“The host did a wonderful job on preparing the room. It is very inviting and comfortable upon arrival. There were little extras provided in case you forgot to pack something. The home was very cozy, she left little snacks and plenty of coffee and even waters in the refrigerator. The only drawback we did find is the bed is not as comfortable as we would’ve liked. I believe it needs a boxspring and a little thicker foam topper, and it would’ve been marvelous. Overall I would absolutely recommend...
