“I spent so much money at this hotel. They claimed to accommodate service dogs. However the management harassed me saying my dog smelled bad. She was extremely rude and unempathetic to my situation. Its extremely disrespectful and disheartening to have to be approached about this . I was extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable. She later told me I would no longer be accommodated at all.. she's completely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with a service animal or...

Our room had a musty, stale smell, the toilet was broken (though fixed promptly when I asked), and the bedside table had something sticky on it.Gym had no working water cooler or cups. This property has seen better days… Given the many hotels near the airport, I would choose a different spot.”
