This two floor house is located right next to Opatija, in Icici, a quiet spot surrounded with nice houses, lots of greenery and a panoramic view over the Adriatic coast.
Maurina is very close to Opatija, Icici Beach and the famous Lungomare Promenade. Beaches Medveja and Moscenicka Draga are close as well by car.Apartment Maurina provides private outdoor furniture, sunbeds and parasols for the swimming pool.
2 comfy bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with kitchen, big private and fenced terrace which leads to the swimming pool. Kitchen is big and good equipped. The living room with sea view has also a dining area. Sheets and towels are provided in your stay. The bathroom has a washing machine as well. The Apartment is located in Icici, just above the beach, which you can access in a 3 minute drive. It's a 10 minute walk slight downhill to the beach. It consists 2 separate bedrooms with a double bed in each, living room with dining area, well equipped kitchen, 1 wonderful new bathroom, and a private lovely terrace from which you can enjoy the view over the whole Kvarner bay in silence, or just jump into the swimming pool! The flat offers maximum privacy, and the sea view over the Kvarner Bay is very nice. It's also great that you can access the terrace and the swimming pool directly through the living room.
