“Excellent new property. Great facilities. Staff was fantastic. We had an issue with ac and it was resolved immediately. Plenty of space to spread out, pool, lake, lawn, balcony. Only recommendation I would have is it seems that if restaurant staff doesn’t seat you on balcony, they don’t recognize you for drinks or apps. Helpful hint, if you want to wander off site, Winnisquam Country Store has a great great selection of breakfast and lunch sandwiches and grab and go.”

“Very clean inside and out. Peaceful environment birds, flowers and acrossthe street you see boats coming and going. They have a outdoor pool and hot tub close to Weirs beach and the NH pavilion. Convenient and clean. ”

“Check in/ check out we’re very easy. The room was extremely clean. It was pretty quiet there also. Breakfast had a decent selection, if things ran out, someone refilled it quickly. It’s close to the highway too. I’d definitely stay here again.”

“Advertisement was misleading. These are small cottages, which are not soundproof as advertised and the unit we were in did not have a view anything like what was pictured in the room that was selected. It also states a 24 hour front desk which was not the case. There were issues with things not working properly in the unit.”

“I have stayed there more than once and plan to return again! Great people, most accommodating right down to the room cleaning service, the sweetest couple who keep the rooms immaculately clean and well stocked with clean linens and bathroom supplies!!! The view of the lake is out of this world and my granddaughter loved the sandy beach the owner so graciously provides for his guests!!! Just a wonderful experience and I recommend anyone who wants top notch accommodations, book a room here!!!”

“This was my first time ever going to Laconia and it was a weekend away for myself and my 23 year old daughter. We were going to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion and wanted to be close to the venue and make it a nice weekend away. This establishment is adorable and the staff is over the top friendly and very helpful. The room was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. I will absolutely be going again!! Lots to do in the area and so many things are in walking distance! Beautiful views of...

“Questo Inn è molto bello! In ottima posizione anche se per andare in paese è necessaria l'auto. La vista è molto bella e c'è pace e tranquillità. Le camere sono pulite, la ns. un po' piccola per 2 persone con bagagli. Il servizio è ottimo così come la colazione servita in una bella sala da pranzo. Il titolare è gentile e disponiile. La sera ci siamo rilassati sul patio sorseggiando un bicchiere di vino e guardando le stelle. Consigliatissimo!”

“Amy & Nick were wonderful, warm and accommodating hosts! They have a wealth of knowledge in the area! The Inn is beautiful, historical and has so much character which I LOVE! I was attending a wedding at the Mill Falls Resort. A 7 minute walk to Church Landing where the wedding venue was. The town of Meredith is so quaint! Wonderful shops, library, cafes and restaurants.. Church Landing is beautiful on the Lake!! All within walking distance of the Inn. Breakfast in the morning was incredible!!!...

“Great place to stay with the family. When my daughter left her stuffed puppy behind they shipped it out for us with a Steele Hill Resorts stuffed animal to keep her puppy company on the journey back home.”

“This place was terrible. Needs updating no ice machine, dirty microwave, between the shag 70’s carpet, no ventilation in bathroom and I must have killed at least a dozen bugs of various species. I literally had to prepare for an amphibious assault from what ever lived in the shower. Places like this that don’t update are the reason big business wins out. I’m sure this place will limp along while big business comes in and makes all the profits or the people will just stop coming and this place...
