• OPEN-PLAN KITCHEN: Fully equipped for easy cooking during your vacation (oven, multifunction microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher) and a complete range of small appliances (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.)

• LAUNDRY ROOM: Washing machine and clothes horse.

• BEDROOM 1: King-size bed (180x200), AC, desk, and en-suite bathroom.
• BATHROOM 1: Large vanity, bidet, shower, and toilet.

The swimming pool is secured by the mandatory safety standards in France, we decline all responsibility in the event of a serious problem and we remind parents that they are responsible for their children!

To avoid penalizing your stay or that of future guests, please ensure you remove as much sand as possible from your belongings and clothing/shoes before entering the apartment. Please be careful not to get sand in the shower!
Using the provided bath towels as beach towels is prohibited and may result in a penalty, subject to a fee. Thank you for your understanding.
