I went to the front desk to request roach spray and the agent was kind enough to offer me another room. The second room was MUCH BETTER! Major improvement from the first. “We absolutely LOVED staying here. We had a 1-bedroom suite and stayed for a few days (we have a 4 year old and 8 month old). Felt like we were staying in an apartment because of all of the amenities. They also had the best continental breakfast I've had anywhere; they had gluten free options, healthy breakfast options and dairy free milk. Everything was clean and had 0 smell.
