“Tru Hotel has a pleasant ambiance, great for kids of all ages & they provide fun games for all. The front entry has plenty of seating for conversation, personal workspace, or just to hang out. The comfortable furniture, great lighting & large windows, provide a laid-back atmosphere. The front desk has plenty of snacks, drinks, and even beer and wine, a nice surprise. A coffee bar with hot water for tea, is available all day long. The Gym is on the smaller side, but enough for a quick workout....

“The front staff were excellent. We did not like having frozen orange juice for breakfast as the juice machine was not working and the next morning no juice. We also did not like being in the shower for 3 minutes and having the shower go cold. The water pressure was very weak. When I called the front desk I was told that it happens on the 4th floor and to wait a couple minutes and try again. It never did get hot in a couple minutes. We also did not like having our room cleaned every other...
