Hotel vicino a Orchard Point - Vancouver

“The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I loved the hot tub. The 2 staff members I interacted with were very courteous and helpful. The outside of the hotel looks a bit old but the inside was nice and up to date.”

“The only positive was the lovely woman at the reception desk. But there was no pool no breakfast the bed was horrible, the lighting in the bathroom almost gave me a stroke. It felt like people were trying hard but the physical aspects of the property are terrible.”

The breakfast area was the most neatly laid out that I have ever seen and the hostess did not let anything run out.”

The towels did not smell fresh, even after requesting new ones, which made me question whether they were washed properly. “This was our third stay at The Candlewood. An excellent experience each time. The staff are very friendly & welcoming. The gym and laundry were both well maintained and enjoyable to use.”

“Was a very mediocre experience. The slider to the bathroom was very difficult to open and close. My husband had to yank it open so I could get out. The light around the mirror was strobing so bad I thought I might have a seizure. Last was breakfast. I asked the front desk if dogs were allowed in the restaurant area, he said yes. We went in, were told to seat ourselves by the waitress who 100% saw our dog. We proceeded to wait 15 min to put in our order and then she says, you know dogs aren’t...

“The street noise was alittle loud on Saturday night, due to cars and train noise. We were in the back side of the property.”

“I came at 10pm and they made me talk to them through a window by the front door in the cold. They wouldnt even open the lobby even though it wasnt that late and they knew i had a reservation. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke, suppose to be smokeless. It was dirty with hair on the bed. Grime in the shower and sink. Walls were visibly dirty with hand marks. They did not clean my room inbetween even though i stayed several days. I will not be going there again.”
